1) Which is the proper group?

2) I have seen replies to bigger "messes" than this.  I am politely asking
for help, not criticism.  Is anyone willing to help, or is everyone so
arrogant and their time is "SO" valuable that you are unwilling to help
someone out and possible even teach at the same time?
