We are wanting to create a table menu system eventually driven from a
database, but are having some issues with NetScape.  We are trying to expand
our knowledge beyond that of Microsoft, but are having some trouble with the
script.  Please help us understand what might be wrong with the following
script.  It works in microsoft IE (6 at least), but not on NN4 or NN6.

I know that in NN6, it will pass the first regular expression test, but only
for M0 and not the others.  NN4 doesn't pass at all.  We were throwing alert
statements everywhere to see where the script was getting to!
