I meant, "I agree that the ALIGN macro is doing what it's supposed to 
do."  From your other post saying the crash happens only when 
optimizing, I continue to believe you have either a buggy compiler, or 
you have found a subtle bug in jsatom.c that no one else has ever 
reported, and that I can't see yet!
