I'm a FileMaker Pro developer that would very much like to be able to
use JavaScript in my development. FileMaker (http://www.filemaker.com)
includes an API for plug-ins and I think it might be possible to
compile SpiderMonkey as a FileMaker plug-in. The basic idea is to
develop an API to the JavaScript engine via a FileMaker plug-in.
Possible uses range from simple parsing to regular expressions to
communicating with web services to implementing memory for variables
and the list goes on...

I'm looking for a programmer that can help determine the feasibility
and do the development. If you or someone you know would be interested,
