Yes.  We're behind in preparing another RC, and I'm still out on 
paternity leave.  It's possible bclary may be willing and able to spin 
an RC based on 1.8b4 when it is done, or based on 1.8b3 (but I think 
that we'd want to back-port some recent bugfixes in that case).
