Subj : can not build on Window

I have just used CVS to checkout the JSRef source. But neither js.mdp nor 
sh/jssh.dsw can be opened by Visual C++ 6.0. It complains the file is not 
generated by Visual Studio. Does anyone know how can I build the engine 
under Windows?
