Sorry, missed that.  Questions going unanswered may soon afflict me, my 
time here has to be limited too.  But there are others around who can

Everything you need is in jsdbgapi.h, except for bytecodes, which you 
get from jsopcode.h (they're actually specified in jsopcode.tbl).
