Does anyone have experience building lcshell with JDK1.5.0 on Windows?

I have gotten as far as building lcshell.exe but whenever I try to start 
it, it fails with a "Failed to create the Java VM" error.

If you can help, email me. If I can ever successfully build it, I will 
post docs for everyone's benefit.
