Subj : Netscape's JavaScript documentation server no longer available

This is strictly not on topic here but I have mailed to 
webmaster@netscape.com and the only response I have got is that the 
mailbox is full so I try here:

Does anyone here know why http://devedge.netscape.com/ and 
http://developer.netscape.com/ yield a connection refused? Those servers 
contain valuable documentation (JavaScript 1.5 and 1.3 documentation, 
several articles about CSS/DOM/XML/JavaScript use with Mozilla/Netscape) 
that are already missed by people in newsgroups.
Who is maintaining those servers/whom could I contact to let them know 
that there are problems reaching those servers?
