Subj : Licensing Question

I'm probably not the first one to ask this, but which license(s) is
rhino licensed under. The source files I've read seem to say that Rhino
is dually licensed under the GPLv2 and the NPLv1.1, is this true for
all of Rhino or just parts of it? On the website it does say NPL, but
makes no mention of the GPL, which is correct?
