Here is yet another related issue:

According to ECMA 262 the following should be invalid:

throw
1;

since the throw expression should be on the same line as the throw keyword.

MSIE correctly reports syntax error here but SpiderMonkey (and Rhino) 
ignores eol after throw completely and just reports at runtime:

uncaught exception: 1
