Subj : Suggestion: prefix/prolog header into SpiderMonkey

Hello guys,

I'd like to make a (hopefully) useful suggestion for a prefix/prolog
include header to be a part of jseng. A lot of libraries contain a
prefix-header like that which developer can use to configure a
library.

It's not a big deal to add the header into my copy of jseng, but I
think it will be helpful to everybody. What do you think?
