"Embedding SpiderMonkey - best practice"

based on the existing documentation (tutorials, GC tips, ...)

topics I currently have in mind:
- intro
- error handling (error messages / exceptions / stack trace / ...)
- GC
- wrapping
- data conversion (JS<->C)
(- i18n)

Any comments?
