Subj : SpiderMonkey licence issue

Is renaming js32.dll to js32e.dll a violation of SpiderMonkey licence
agreement?

We have a problem with third-party software that is also using SpiderMonkey.
Result of that is crash inside NSPR library  (nspr locks).

I guess the problem is because third-party software uses SM without NSPR.
