Some of the APIs do not appear to have Unicode equivalents, such as: 
JS_DefineObject, JS_BufferIsCompilableUnit, JS_CallFunction*, and 
possibly a few others (haven't finished Unicode compatibility).  For the 
time being I'm converting from UC to single-byte on those APIs.

Is this deliberate (ie there's a workaround), or should I file a bug on 
it?  If the latter, would it be terribly difficult for someone like 
myself to draft up a patch for it?
