A couple things:

1. What is the most efficient way to search for APIs?  Would I use 
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/ident?i=JS_PUBLIC_API ?

2. Which structures do we document?  I looked at JSObject this morning, 
but I'm not sure that's a public type.
