I certainly don't mind having people proofread it.  I walked through the 
spelling using MS Word, and only made obvious grammatical corrections, 
if that helps :)  My mother has her M.A. in English Literature, but 
she'd be entirely lost with the subject matter.

I think it'll be easier to render it out in a standard HTML or ASCII 
format.  If you can point me to a decent converter for that task (XSL?) 
then I'll post it on my website until we're sure it's OK.
