Subj : Date problem

Howdy folks,

Any idea about this? Building with BCC5.5 gives me the right date. Building 
the same code with BCC5.02 gives the wrong year and doesn't notice daylight 
savings. Byte alignment is 4-byte. CPU target is 386.
