Nope -- try news://news.mozilla.org/netscape.public.mozilla.xpfe, or 
possibly .xbl.  DOM is good for general DOM issues, nothing too 
XUL-specific.

There should be an n.p.m.xul, and perhaps there will some day when we 
get a news server and rearrange all the misnamed/categorized groups.
