Well, I don't see how that relates to the topic of this newsgroup but if 
you use Netscape 7 or Mozilla then there is an extension called live 
HTTP headers that you can install to monitor the HTTP traffic the 
browser has:
   http://livehttpheaders.mozdev.org/
