Unfortunately, spammers harvest email addresses from newsgroups, so you
should never use your real one. Having done that, your only options are to
abandon that address, or implement a spam filter.  If you want people to be
able to reply personally, rather than to the whole newsgroup, provide a
mangled email address, with unmangling instructions in the message.
