Instead of saying document.forms[3].myRadio[0].checked = true; and nine 
other statements like it in a block, you could use a with 
(document.forms[3]) to shorten the property path to the part that 
varied.  Bad reason, in hindsight.  There may have been some Turbo 
Pascal influence via ex-Borland folks, too, but it wasn't more than "oh, 
you have with statement support -- cool" if memory serves.
