Subj : JSObject to produce html

I did an applet that produce html this eval method of JSObject.
It work very well but..
I need to include in the HTML code produced by the applet a js file
"<script language="javascript" src="foo.js"></script>". It works well
on IE but not in not netscape.

What can i do ?
