I honestly don't know. Perhaps I just assumed there would be more activity
in the active development branch, or that the version string would've
changed since the last release. <shrug>

In any case, it's good to know that the general public has access to the
active development code at any given time. I'm assuming there are no
synchronization-delays between cvs.mozilla.org and cvs-mirror.mozilla.org?
