Subj : Guide to spidermonkey js shell?

I recently downloaded and compiled spidermonkey on my Windows machine. I 
also compiled a shell. I'm kinda enjoying using JavaScript like this, but 
typing "help" (by pure chance also), there's a whole list of functions 
available. And their five word descriptions kinda leave something to be 
desired.

Is there a write up, on what these do, out there? Or somewhere in the 
source I can look? (I'm not at all good with C, so it's mostly greek to 
me.) Or am I on my own?
