While looking at what it takes to persist a JSScript to disk, I'm under the
impression that it would take more skill than I have.  Has anybody ever done
so successfully?

The biggest problem that I see is reconstructing the hash tables and atom
maps.  For that I think I'd have to get into the engine's privates (so to
speak) and that's a Bad Thing.
