Wrong newsgroup -- see followup-to: header and use the correct newsgroup 
in the future.

See bug http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199471 also.  I 
believe the offending code will be backed out soon, from the trunk and 
from the 1.4final branch.
