Does anyone here know of any libraries (preferably open-source and
cross-platoform) for implementing Web Proxy Auto Discovery (WPAD) of
the URL to retrieve a Proxy Auto-Config (PAC) JavaScript file suitable
for passing into SpiderMonkey in C++?
