Sorry about this, it's an old bug.  I should have seen it ages ago.  See 
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196461, where I'm about to 
attach a small patch that I hope will fix the problem.  In the longer 
run, the fix for bug 40757 should avoid all such problems, but I'm not 
sure when that bug will get fixed.
