What is it ran by?  I mean like .c = C,  .c++ = C++,  .pas = Pascal.
I tried to run it with java, but it didn't run.  I know, I wantted to try 
though.

I now see that, but it seems like it just writes to a echobase.  If I could 
get something that runs this I could start there.

Looking into the newslink.js it also requires sbbsdefs.js, 
binarydecoder.js, and newsutil.js .
