Fellow BBS SysOps,
  It has been brought to my attention that this utility falls short of what
I had intended it to do.  I'm sorry if I got your hopes up.  I hope to add
the necessary improvements to make this work very shortly.  Thanks to
Rhythmnp for helping me detect where testing errors were made.
