Just an idea.

A program that I would like to see made is a easy way to report
spam in Usenet.  Where it takes the X-Complaints-To: line and
emails there ISP with the offending spam.  Also, setup a DataBase
of ISPs Abuse email address so if a letter doesn't have X-Complaints-To then
a email could be sent to each of the ISPs in the Path line.


Sorry, spam in the News Groups bugs me sometimes.
