We need a player that can stream a movie encoded with X.264/AAC from
Darwin Streaming Server (RTSP/RTP protocol).
VLC player play locally X.264/AAC but doesn't work in streaming
(RTSP/RTP) from DSS: the seeking doesn't work and the video doesn't
appare.

Anyone can develope a personalized client only for X.264/AAC (DSS
streaming) with no locally play (only RTSP/RTP) that works with
seeking? 
Someone could develop it?
