It really depends what you mean by a different result.  Do you mean the 
results of some calculations are different?  Or that it crashes in 
Release mode but works perfectly in Debug mode?  Or that the executable 
is just a different size?

Vague statements like "runs differently", "doesn't work" and so on are 
neither use nor ornament.  Specify in more detail exactly what didn't 
happen that you expected to happen, or did happen that you didn't 
expect, and we might stand a chance of giving you an answer to your 
question.
