If you're not capable of writing these tutorials yourself, how are you qualified to determine if they're "quality tutorials"? Personally, I'd rather have my tutorials on my website so that I have complete control over them. I have several tutorials on sites that I don't control and it takes forever and a day to make even a small update. You would be better off linking to good tutorials with permission from the authors. .
