We have a small ars system that records tickets created etc... If a ticket is created for John Doe. He would receive notification of this ticket created assigned to him via a Filter. We have the system set up that the end user (John Doe) would receive a new alert everytime the ticket status is changed. What I want to do is somehow modify the original alert sent instead of the user receiving multiple alerts of the same ticket but in different status'... i can't find a way of doing this in this version of ARS.
