Hello,
Few words of advice to you:

1)Before posting just try to search in net for some info.
2)Your way of communication needs to be improved lot,mainly,you cannot
ask someone about a piece of code.You can put it like,if anyone has any
sample codes or links to some code based sites,please let me know.You
can always try something and then ask why it does not work or why it
works!
3)You are too young IMHO to use this usenet and understand the
discussions going on.
4)Till you reach the comfortable position,please restrain from posting
any querys.
5)Still if you feel like doing,take the help of any senior known to you
from working community whos also aware of using groups,to frame your
words.
6)If you are not going to follow any of these,its likely going to
create a bad name and nothing else and no one reading ur post will even
try to reply,forget replying!
