Of course my fears are not of racial nature.
I know well the kinds of problems I have to face working with people in my
country, but I think that for people with a different culture problems could
be other ones. I just wanted to know your experience in this direction.

As to money: I've been in India and I've found out that there is a lot of
people out there just trying to catch your money in every way. And prices
for westeners are much higher than for indians, also for software.

As to quality: do you think there is a way to have an idea of the way people
work before having an experience with then? What to check? Can a CMMi3 o5
certification guarantee a better level of quality in your opinion?
