More seriously - you simply cannot generalise about 'Indian software
producers' in such a way that can properly inform a decision regarding
them.  It is a seriously big nation with as much variety as you would
find in other seriously big nations.  Pay a visit, develop some respect
for India, see some developers, talk to them, check out their past work.
