Hadn't heard that one before, thanks... :) Regarding capitalization, ISO has declared that all Standards for languages will use normal capitalization. So, FORTRAN is now officially Fortran, for example, by the Standard. (I don't know whether than can be enforced retroactively to FORTRAN II, say, however). :) .
