They go postal less often than gringos, AFAIK, but they insist on working 
when I'm asleep, making IM difficult.

Did that answer help you decide whether to outsource to them, to outsource 
to Inuits, or to insource?

How about you reveal your actual programming problem. Guessing at its 
solution, without hearing what it actually is, can only cause trouble (and 
more race-baiting threads).
