windows-supported soundcards are supposedly based on soundblaster specs, and
info on that and a lot of PD software can be found on the net. though i'm
sceptic if it's possible to do the extremely low-level programming required
in pascal. i used C myself but had to resort to assembly when i performed
the trick years ago.
