Hi all,

I have cut and pasted below a bit of dialogue and can't say to much
else, though a few extra details might be provided upon your request.
But the last sentence talks about a program that can do this SCSI
communicating.  Does anyone know of a program that could accomplish
this?

"In retrospect, it seems to me we really don't require a "certified"
Solaris OS driver for this device.  What it sounds like we need is a
program that will establish SCSI comms with the AE8222 without OS
"mounting" of the device, similar to how Avalon's DOS program works.
The program will have to take raw SCSI return messages and write them
to a mounted Solaris filesystem (e.g. /export/home/data/...)"
