Where did HE spring up from?

I wonder if he still writes in PC Plus. In fact, I wonder if PC Plus is 
still produced.

I still have several (like, six or seven) copies of a single PC Plus issue 
kicking around somewhere from about 1998, because it had C++ Builder on the 
cover CD! Cost me about forty quid, IIRC. The plan was to give them away in 
programming competitions - and I did go as far as to hold one competition, 
until I worked out the obvious flaw (i.e. the number of entries for any 
programming competition is either 0, 1, or infinity).
