I believe she is suggesting that you go to a good library, and see if they have the paper journal in their stacks. Many university libraries have their catalogs online, and most will allow you to go to the stacks and xerox articles. If you are not a student, you usually do not have borrowing privileges, but you are often allowed to go into the library. Failing an online catalog, call their reference desk, and ask whether they have this journal, and whether you would be allowed to go get a copy of it.
