Did you actually read the post I responded to? He said he likes trivial exercises - the kinds of thing assigned in classes - but has never finished a real decent sized program. It doesn't seem a giant leap to decide such a person has little determination. IOW, in his case, just about the exact opposite of your supposition. I am responding to what *he* said, not what you might have said - or thought - at some time in your life. .
