Its not cake walk for we guys also to do this,and theres a sort of bossy attitude among some cos which give work to these low cost cos and take them for granted.So its problem both sides and understand we too have difficulties.I understand you all say these things in fear of job loss,but thats something we have to live with,happens every where including my place!
