Since you have to be using Windows to use the Word execresence, there is a simple correction. Install fineprint as your default printer. Besides making booklets, 2 or 4 ups, adding forms, etc. it can also adapt the output page size to the physical page size. It also gives you previews of everything, allows you to change your mind about output format, and more.
