However, I read about a company that helps companies "outsource" to rural offices in the southern US. Their selling point is not that their costs are as low as 3rd-world countries, but that you get citizens who who know US culture and less "accent" for less than big cities. Thus, they are in-between cost-wise. Even if Bangalore grew more expensive, say the New Tokyo, there are still cheaper cities in India. -T- .
