I am in the process of getting a coustom webscript.

After payment, I would think the person who made the script is the
owner or would I be for buying the coustome script?

Would I be able to sell the program? We have not talked about this yet.

Reason is It's a great Idea but I think I may not be able to gather the
business and coustomer that I will need. I think it's worth a bit more
than what I paid for it and reselling this would be going back for a
better/more scripts from this person.

The obiouse route is to ask but if it's so that not talked about and I
legaly be able to resell then I don't want to tell the programer so
they can bumb the price if it should not be. Won't post the actual
price here but it's under $500 It's a Survey script. Business Submit
there surveys for a fee and the test. Test takers will get points for
compleat it for items like giftcards.

This will be all automated, Besides the CS relations and mailing out
items part. I would like to sell on auctions as a compleat auction, I
would install on there webhost. I don't sell hosting but would recomend
one if they have yet to get one.
